Arthur’s Park Marker
This pleasant little park is located on Main Street across from the entrance to Central Park and features a picnic area, a chess/checkers table, birdhouses and a great view of the Huron River and the stone arch railroad bridge that is the oldest railroad bridge in continuous use in Michigan. The park is named for and dedicated to the memory of Arthur Shufflebarger who was Village Manager of the Village of Milford for 22 years. Arthur passed away in 2012.
